If selfies are your thing, the front is also where you will find the 8MP fixed focus camera which supports 1080p video recording at 30 fps and has a selfie flash to light up your wonderful face. Still, it's no RGB, which is unfortunate but not a HUGE deal. Honestly, I grew accustomed to the white on the DTEK50, but the red on the DTEK60 is certainly welcome. Venturing around the rest of the hardware, the front of the DTEK60 is also where you will find that red LED that will blink at you with new notifications, instead of the white LED found on the DTEK50. It's a bit rough to see unless the brightness is jacked up and well, that's a battery killer. Overall, there's not a lot to complain about here, but it's not a real review unless I find something, and in the case of DTEK60, that would be how it looks outdoors in direct sunlight. Colors are bight and vivid, blacks are nice and deep, and even when using a VR headset coupled with some cardboard apps, the display looks great.

At its full brightness, it's one of brightest displays I can recall ever having been put in a BlackBerry, and it's certainly brighter than that of the BlackBerry Priv, something I know a lot of folks were wondering about. That 5.5-Inch display is an AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 which equals out to 534PPI.

Once you pick the DTEK60 up and take a closer look, you'll realize it's not really curved, but instead the scratch and smudge resistant display drapes down ever so slightly on the sides to give the visual appearance of being curved.

On the face of the DTEK60 is that 5.5-Inch display that looks curved but is all a bit of an illusion. Speaking of the weight of the DTEK60, it comes in at 165g thanks to all the glass associated with the device, but the weight is something that I believe adds to the premium feel overall. It looks elegant and has a classy premium feel to it.

Aside from the weight of the device, the design of the DTEK60 is going to be one of the first things you notice, and that's a good thing. I know people do the comparison videos and the keyone may be milaseconds behind some of them but is that a big deal? Mine keeps up with the workload all day and night and that in the end is for me more important than going a little faster and having to hug a wall charger. As I noted in my initial hands-on and I'm sure many DTEK60 owners will now tell you, no amount of photos really do the DTEK60 justice, especially if you're already familiar with seeing the DTEK50. I get all day morning to bed time and I am a night owl so I am talking about 16 hours of moderate to heavy use and I really see no real slowness or lag. I think many people look at the stats and don't get why the phone is as good as it is. I did have the screen issue with my first one but they replaced it and the new unit is holding up well.

I loved BB10 and truley belive that it was one of the best OS's made but without an ecosystem and support it was not going to make it so I believe they made the right all be it painful desicion to move to Android and I think this is the best iteration of it. if you look at this phone on paper it might not seem that it would be all that great but so far it has been my favorite. In the end if you like Blackberry than it's great, if you don't need or know about BlackBerry than it's just a middle of the road Phone with issues. I have had better and worse, this phone is far from a market/show stopper. The screen lifting and easily removed backs are a real issue. The first I Phone, Motorola Razar and alike. I always love statement like this, best this or that' truth is it's a good phone. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to be productive on the phone and not use it to play Grand Theft Auto. Well I have bought two Keyone already, one -1 and one -2 and their build quality is both impeccable. + cool design (ever noticed all other phones look the same nowadays?) Now I had to write this here for other BB fans to know:
